The receiving of the Promotion Emblem "Teraz Polska" for the service Thermal energy delivery for the city of Kalisz, we treat as a great success. I am convinced that it shall be a greater motivation for us to realize the planned goals. Finding ourselves in the group of laureates is a great distinction for us, as the sign "Teraz Polska" is first of all the confirmation of reliability, professionalism and high quality. Having then, such recommendations we would like to invite for co-operation all the potential investors.

Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej SA in Kalisz is a private company with over thirty years of experience in terms of production and distribution of thermal energy, service of district heating and exploitation of gas and oil boiler houses.

We are acting on the market since 1975, whereas from 1995 we realize with success, together with the council of Kalisz, a model of public and private partnership. We are the owner of the daughter company, PEC Składy Kupieckie Sp. z o.o., which supplements our activity in terms of power industry construction.

My opinion, there are at least three sources of the company success. The mentioned public and private partnership model, TQM philosophy of constant improvement by means of quality as well as acting in the holding group, what widens our offer.

Public and private partnership

We are acting on the basis of the agreement signed in 1995 for the leasing of district heating and provision of heating services on the area of the city. The division of competences and duties is determined by the model of public and private partnership. The government of the Republic of Poland (URE) accepts the tariff for heating; the city of Kalisz stays the owner of the infrastructure, decides about the investment and collects from us the rental fee, while PEC SA guarantees the continuity of thermal energy delivery, carries out repairs and maintenance works, programs the development of district heating, assures financial resources. I would like to underline that the rent fee is totally assigned for investments in district heating, thanks to which the company was able to carry out a lot of modernization programs.

TQM philosophy

For me, it is most of all the ordering of the company, by means of process approach oriented at the modern model of organization management, without which it would be difficult to manage a modern enterprise. The implemented by us, Integrated Management System in the three most important areas of action: quality, environment and industrial safety give our customers the assurance of getting the product of high quality, inform about our care for environment and guarantee the safety of work to the employees.

Acting in the holding group

Thanks to the establishment in 1996, a daughter company PEC Składy Kupieckie Sp. z o.o. we offer, as a capital group, complex services in terms of heating, heating techniques and air conditioning. PEC SA e.g. delivers heat to over 50% of Kalisz inhabitants, whereas PEC Składy Kupieckie Sp. z o.o. offers consulting, design, executive, services as well as co-financing of investments in terms of heating and sanitary installations, oil and gas boiler houses, thermal nods and networks as well as air conditioning and ventilation. The company performs, e.g. the realizations of individual housing buildings as well as installations of industrial, commercial and office objects.

Mission, efficient strategy

The mission of Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej SA in Kalisz we treat as our responsibility towards the heat receivers as well as customers who use our services, the owners of the property given us for exploitation, the society of Kalisz city, our employees, for their feeling of safety at work and stable existence, our shareholders, for safety and effectiveness of the capital invested by them, the evidence of which are competitive prices and the reliability of deliveries, over 30 times greater heating property and co-financing of social and sport events. n
