Poznań International Fair - the unquestioned leader

Since its inception, the Poznań International Fair is an active member of international organizations. The portfolio of the Poznań International Fair includes nearly 60 specialized, mostly international fairs. Their subject areas include farming and food industry, construction, industrial investments, auto industry, information technology, printing, logistics, ecology, medicine, tourism, fashion, and home furnishing. Most of the fairs are the largest fairs in Poland and some of them are European leaders.

An important element of the PIF activities are specialized fairs, such as the BUDMA International Construction Industry Fair.

BUDMA was first conducted in 1992 and it has enjoyed a lot of interest since then. With time, besides general construction material and equipment, the topic of the fair was expanded to include finishing materials, construction chemistry, and insulation materials. The dynamic economic growth quickly allowed the BUDMA fair to become one of the leading events of this type in Central - Eastern, and Southern Europe.

Today, BUDMA is a recognized and strong brand. Its organizers continuously improve the event's formula which is characterized by a rich offer of exhibitors, interesting content, and a program of events dedicated to representatives of various sectors of the construction industry. The 2007 BUDMA International Construction Industry Fair was visited by over 50 thousand guests from 34 countries. The professionalism of BUDMA was confirmed by multiple novelties presented by over 1.3 thousand exhibitors from 28 countries. All this, along with the PIF Gold Medal for the most state of the art and most innovative products and services, promotes the Polish construction industry and its best technologies and products. Moreover, BUDMA is a perfect venue for communication between the players in the construction market. n
