"Quality is one of the main ways to develop the construction and the real estate management industries" - its goal is to constantly improve work organization in a company, through cooperation of the management team with the employees. This is a way to achieve customer satisfaction which is a condition for the company's growth.
By granting the Kazimierz Wielki Medal, the contest aims at promoting pro-quality changes in the Polish construction and real estate market and at supporting service companies who have implemented the best pro-quality solutions and who have won the Polish Quality Award Contest or other pro-quality contests of similar importance.
By granting medals of honor to legal entities, the contest aims at selecting those entities who, in the opinion of their industry, have distinguished themselves by creating and implementing pro-quality changes in the construction and real estate industries, and at creating a collective of legal persons who are recognized authorities in their industries and who demonstrate quality in the construction and the real estate management industries in Poland.
