Nominacja do Godła „Teraz Polska” za własny produkt jest dla mnie dużym wyróżnieniem, a jednocześnie sygnałem, że promowanie myśli technicznej poprzez wprowadzanie na rynek rodzimych produktów jest dostrzegane i doceniane.

ZHU „HASAN” od początku swego istnienia specjalizuje się w przedstawicielstwie firm zagranicznych w Polsce oraz dystrybucji wyposażenia i akcesoriów do obrabiarek w kraju i za granicą.

Szeroki asortyment oferowanych produktów i urządzeń pozwala na ich zastosowanie nie tylko w przemyśle maszynowym, ale również w zakładach remontowych, optycznych, ceramicznych, szklarskich, drukarskich, a także w hutach i odlewniach.

Wszystkie oferowane produkty i urządzenia posiadają certyfikaty zgodności WE (EC) i są skierowane do producentów i użytkowników obrabiarek, a także firm remontowych dla zapewnienia:

• chłodzenia narzędzia obrabiającego w obrabiarkach za pomocą elektropompek do emulsji chłodzących, olejów i wody lub kompletnych układów chłodzenia UCH^®,
• oświetlenia obrabiarek konwencjonalnych i CNC lampami jarzeniowymi, halogenowymi i z diodami LED,
• doradztwa technicznego w nowych rozwiązaniach konstrukcyjnych oraz serwisu.

W 2000 roku firma wprowadziła na rynek, własny – chroniony patentem – produkt UCH^® – układ chłodzenia narzędzia obrabiającego w obrabiarkach typu: tokarki, frezarki, szlifierki, wiertaki, wiertarko-frezarki, piły ramowe, przecinarki taśmowe itp. Szeroka gama możliwości wyposażenia układów chłodzenia UCH^® pozwala na ich zastosowanie nie tylko w przemyśle maszynowym, ale również w maszynach i urządzeniach dla branży optycznej, ceramicznej, szklarskiej, drukarskiej. Układy chłodzenia UCH^® zostały wzbogacone w 2004 r. w system filtracji i oczyszczania cieczy chłodzących, szczególnie w procesie szlifowania i frezowania, w 2006 r. w możliwość pracy w środowisku z zagrożeniem wybuchem, w 2008 r. dla potrzeb zakładów optycznych powstaje nowy UCH^®, wyposażony w specjalną elektropompkę do chłodzenia wodą procesu obróbki szkieł optycznych. Układy chłodzenia UCH^® posiadają certyfikat zgodności WE (EC) wydany przez Instytut Obróbki Skrawaniem w Krakowie i spełniają wymogi Dyrektywy Maszynowej 98/37/EC, Niskiego Napięcia 73/23/EEC, Kompatybilności Elektromagnetycznej 89/336/EEC.

Promoting innovations through the quality of products and services

I see the „Teraz Polska” logo nomination for my own product as an important award and at the same time as a signal that promoting the technical thought by marketing local products is both noticed and appreciated.

 

 

Since its establishment ZHU „Hasan” trade and service centre has specialised in representing foreign companies in Poland as well is in distributing equipment and accessories for machine tools both in Poland and abroad.

A wide range of products and devices that the centre offers makes it possible to use them not only in engineering industry, but also in repair shops, optical, ceramic, glass or printing factories as well as in mills and foundries.

All products and devices on offer have EC conformity certificates; the offer is addressed to both producers and users of machine tools as well as to repair companies and it provides the customers with the following:

• the cooling of the machining tool in machine tools, which is done by means of electrical pumps for cooling emulsions, oils and water or by means of complete UCH® cooling systems,
• the lighting for both conventional and CNC machine tools with fluorescent, halogen and LED lamps,
• technical consultancy in new structural solutions as well as service.

In 2000 the company marketed its own patent-protected UCH® product, namely the machining tool cooling system in machine tools such as: lathes, milling machines, grinders, drills, drilling/milling machines, frame saws, bandsaw machines, etc. A wide range of equipment possibilities for UCH® cooling systems makes it possible to use the systems not only in engineering industry but also in machinery and devices for such branches as optics, ceramics, glass-making and printing. In 2004 the UCH® cooling systems became additionally equipped with the system of filtration and cleaning of the cooling liquids, especially in the process of grinding and milling; in 2006 UCH® became able to operate in explosive conditions. In 2008, in order to meet the demands of an optical factory, a new UCH® is being created, equipped with a special electrical pump so that the process of optical glass machining can be cooled by means of water. The UCH® cooling systems have the EC conformity certificate, issued by The Institute of Metal Cutting in Cracow, and they satisfy the requirements of Directive 98/37/EC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to machinery, Council Directive 73/23/EEC on the harmonization of the laws of Member States relating to electrical equipment designed for use within certain voltage limits, and Council Directive 89/336/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to electromagnetic compatibility.

For 18 years of the company’s presence on the market its trademark has been associated with high quality of offered products as well as with professional and reliable service. High quality of offered products and delivered services is confirmed by awards the company has received, such as:

• the European Medal for the service of distributing equipment and accessories for machine tools, granted by Business Centre Club and Office of the Committee for European Integration in March 2007,
• the title of Solidna Firma 2007 (Reliable Company), granted by the Kapituła Programu Gospodarczo-Konsumenckiego (Chapter of the Economic-Consumer Programme) in March 2008,
• the Medal of Salon Technologii Obróbki Metali (the Meeting for Metalworking Technologies) for the UCH® machining tool cooling system for machine tools, 26-28.03.2008 r., Targi Kielce (Kielce Fair),
• nomination for the Teraz Polska (Now Poland) promotional logo in the 18th edition, for the UCH® machining tool cooling system for machine tools. n
