Saur Neptun Gdańsk (SNG) jest pierwszym polskim przedsiębiorstwem otrzymującym międzynarodowy certyfikat ISO 24500. Ta nowa norma, opublikowana w grudniu 2007, dla sektora zaopatrzenia w wodę i odbioru ścieków, ma na celu ułatwienie dialogu pomiędzy operatorem, jego klientami i partnerami, szczególnie poprzez kartę zobowiązań przyjętą w ramach realizacji usług. Ten nowy certyfikat podkreślił znaczenie działań podjętych przez SNG na rzecz transparentnej komunikacji adresowanej do wszystkich interesariuszy spółki.
Zadeklarowane cele, śledzenie postępów, poszanowanie przyjętych zobowiązań, uzyskane wyniki i poziom ufności będą w sposób ciągły komunikowane na stronie internetowej SNG.
SNG posiada już kilka certyfikatów związanych z wewnętrznym zarządzaniem jakością, środowiskiem, zdrowiem i bezpieczeństwem (QSE). W ten sposób ta nowa norma potwierdza nasze nieustanne dążenie do postępu, który trwa od początku partnerstwa publiczno-prywatnego, powstałego 16 lat temu w Gdańsku i Sopocie.
Pragnę podkreślić, że jest to sukces, przed którym chylę czoła. Jest to wynik ogromnej pracy wszystkich pracowników SNG, ekspertów Grupy Saur, a także gmin partnerskich. n

SAUR NEPTUN GDANSK (SNG) is the first Polish enterprise to be awarded the international ISO 24500 certification. The standard, which was published in December 2007 for the water management and wastewater removal sector, aims to improve communications between operators and their customers and partners, particularly through the use of the manual of responsibilities which was adopted as part of the provision of services. This new certification underscores the efforts made by SNG to improve transparency in communications with everyone who has dealings with the company.
Our declared goals, progress reports, progress in respecting our obligations, our achieved results and the level of public trust are all things that will be continuously monitored and reported on SNG’s web site.
SNG already holds several certificates related to internal quality control and quality, safety and environment (QSE). The adoption of this new norm confirms our commitment to progress, which has been ongoing since the inception of this private-public partnership 16 years ago in Gdansk and Sopot.
I would like to stress that this is a success for which I owe a debt of gratitude. It is the result of the tremendous efforts of all of the employees of SNG, the professionals from the Saur Group, as well as the local authorities. n
